The CEO of KFQ, as the head responsible for conformity assessment operation, shall strive to ensure and guarantee the impartiality and competence of conformity assessment services provided by KFQ, and the expression of such commitment shall be as follows:

Operation Policy of Impartiality and Competence

KFQ shall deeply recognize the social mission and responsibility as the third party conformity assessment body assessing and guaranteeing whether an auditee is suitable for the appropriate standard on behalf of the customer. KFQ shall put premier value on enhancing confidence of the interested parties by guaranteeing the objectivity of the third party conformity assessment. Based on the firm belief that conformity assessment value may be protected by impartiality and competence, KFQ shall pledge to establish and operate a system under the following policy:

• To establish a management system on conflicts of interest not to damage conformity assessment's objectivity, and continuously strive for the integrity of conformity assessment process.
• To establish and operate a balanced decision making system by identifying and managing internal and external effects that may exist in the conformity assessment and assessment decision process.
• To make the greatest efforts to make conformity assessment trusted by all interested parties through the establishment of the process guaranteeing conformity assessment's competence as well as through cultivation and use of verified personnel.
