Complaints Handling

‘Complaint’ means discontented items raised by interested parties in relation to Certification Service.

Appeal Handling

‘Appeal’ means a case that a certification applicant or certified organization does not accept the audit results or certification decisions.

Disputes Handling

‘Dispute’ means disagreement between the Customer and KFQ over the recommendations, opinions and/or conclusions reached at the various stages of the audit.
